wedding dinner name labels

We are having seating at a feast table for dinner. Do we make the labels Mr. John Smith and Mrs. Sally Smith or John Smith and Sally Smith?

Although you were quite formal in addressing your wedding invitations, rest assured that your seating labels could leave off the formality and go for the more informal John Smith if you wish.
