Wedding Reception Insurance
Wedding Reception Insurance is an important item to consider for your wedding.
By this, I am referring to the fact that you should have Party Alcohol Liability Insurance.
Whether you decide to serve alcohol at your wedding or not, you are ultimately responsible for your guest's well-being.
If you think that there is a good chance that some of your guests might get a little tipsy at your event, you probably should protect yourself by purchasing this kind of insurance.
As always, check with your insurance policy and ask questions, but with this insurance the insurer usually agrees to pay, on behalf of the Insured, all amounts payable because of bodily injury, including death resulting therefrom, to any person or persons or for damage to property (other than property leased or owned by or in the care, custody or control of the Insured or any of its employees) occurring as a result of the providing of alcoholic beverages to any persons by the Insured at the function specified in the Certificate of Insurance under a liquor license or permit (if applicable).
In this day and age, when everyone is happy to sue anybody, it makes sense to protect yourself.
