WEDDINGTRAIL.COM IS A SCAM! BAIT-N-SWITCH OPERATION!

Hello all brides.

I write this with the most urgency because I do not wish for anyone to go through this horrible situation on what's supposed to be the happiest day of your life - your wedding day.

To avoid this debacle, please do NOT order your dress from weddingtrail.com!

They are scam artists!

First, I want to say I searched thousands of dresses and hundreds of websites before I settled on this company.

I chose a dress that fit the aesthetic I was looking for and a price that is reasonable.

The website advertises itself as "inexpensive wedding gowns for sale, high quality cheapest wedding gowns" but this is not the case!

Although inexpensive, the quality is sub-par and you will NOT get what you paid for!

Here are the many problems with my dress from "Weddingtrail.com":

1.) I paid for EXPEDITED shipping and did not receive these services.
2.) The dress was rolled up into a ball and stuffed into an envelope, FULL of wrinkles when I received it.
3.) I asked for "WHITE" but my dress is "OFF WHITE"
4.) I asked for the corset tie to be black, but they made the entire back panel black!!!
5.) I asked for a bustle up in the back, and they made a completely DIFFERENT trumpet on my dress.

I understand one is taking a gamble when ordering dresses online, however I thought I was being careful by stating my specific requests and keeping the communication open.

I exchanged many emails and live chats before settling on this dress.

I trusted this company to make the dress of my dreams but they sent me something completely different and will do nothing to rectify the situation.


I requested pictures of the dress BEFORE it was sent out, but they just shipped out the dress and never gave me the pictures beforehand.

My wedding is only days away and they took advantage of me!

I just took a little look at this company, and laughed when I saw on their "About Us" page "4.Fast Shipping / Professional Packaging

You received your dress stuffed into a shipping bag and that is not uncommon when ordering from these cheap wedding dress suppliers, but notice they slipped when they left in "Udreamybridal's" near the end.

I find a lot of these companies own a few of these sites and just end up copying and pasting from one site to another.

It does look like it is located in China.

You can seek some help through Consumer Council, which is their version of the Better Business Bureau.
