Do you know anything about this company online ?! They have absolutely gorgeous dresses but, being in China, I can't find anything on them in the BBB - and wondered if they're a scam.

Hope they're not - and looking forward to your insights!!!

Thanks for writing! I have not heard anything (good or bad) about Well Bridal.

I've checked the complaints boards and I did not see anything there either.

This site is nicely laid out and does give good information as to where they are located and how to contact them.

What I really do like about this site is their testimonials and how they include pictures of real brides and some comparatives to the dress on their site.

That way you can compare the quality of the finished delivered product to the picture originally posted on their website.

They also have posted many pictures showing the quality of the work and products (Swarovski chrystals and diamonds) that are used on their dresses.

Hmmmmm...perhaps you have found a good supplier!

If you do go ahead and order from them, please let us know how it turned out and I would advise you to pay with a credit card (this will give you some fraud protection) through Paypal (so the company will never receive your credit card information, just in case.)

One thing I am concerned over, however, is their return policy. There are no returns if it is custom.

If you don't like the dress you have 14 days. Check to make sure that it is 14 days from the time that you receive the dress and not 14 days from the time they ship it. (They say it will take them 21 days to make the dress, 30 if it is custom).

Then realize that they are going to charge you a $75 restocking fee plus you have to pay the shipping charges back to China and it has to be pretty fast shipping because you only have 7 days to get it back which is going to be pretty expensive (no slow boat to China here!)

Wedding dresses are pretty heavy and bulky so it could end up that you send back the dress and have nothing to show for it at the end anyway!

Just a caveat!
