White Wedding FlowersWhite wedding flowers are a standard in Western weddings along with the white gown and white wedding cake. In fact, not too long ago, most brides wouldn't have even considered carrying a wedding bouquet that was anything but white. With all the options available today, white remains a popular choice for wedding flowers because of all the gorgeous white blooms available year-round. While white may be a traditional choice of color, you still will have lots of room to play around with interesting shapes, textures and arrangements.
Remember, too, that there is not just a single shade of white, there is also oyster, pearl, ivory, and cream. It's important to keep this in mind when choosing the flower, since it may clash with the shade in your dress. Therefore, it's sometimes is a good idea for you to bring a swatch of your dress fabric with you when choosing your flowers or at least think of your dress color when making your decision.
