Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!!!!! - inweddingdress.com

I had ordered my bridesmaid dress from this site and had an aweful experience.

I had decided that the dress was not what I wanted and tried cancelling my order and somehow, only hours after I had emailed saying I wanted to do so, could not call since there is no available number, my dress magically shipped out so I was charged for shipping.

When I received the dress it did not look at all like the picture online and I worked with their customer service ("Jennie") and she said that I would have to ship the dress back ($50) and once they inspected the dress they would issue a refund for half the price I had paid for the actual dress.

After emailing with the customer service over 10 times I realized that these people did not want to help me and most likely would not take my dress back and come up with some reason why not.

I spent a total of $150 that has now gone to waste.

Please do not use the inweddingdress.com website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel awful about having to have dealt with this situation and hope that you can avoid pain of dealing with the loss of money and disappointment of an ugly dress.
