Has anyone ever used this site?

I ordered my address 5 wks ago from www.weddingdressb2c.com and cannot get any replies from the company despite paying plus mailing so many times that I am now worried

I think I may have been slammed. Glasgow

Hello Donna,

Thanks for your question about this company and I certainly hope that everything turns out alright for you.

I'm not familiar with this company, so if there is anyone out there who has had experience with this company, please do write in.

In the meantime, let's do a looksee at this company...

First, I look to see how easy it is to get a hold of this company...they offer live chat, email, snail mail...but like you say, you have paid and are trying to get a hold of them to no avail.

They are located in China and have been online for 1 year and 5 months (as of March 2011). The longer a company has been in business, the better.

One thing that I am a little leery of is the fact that they show that so many dresses are "recently sold" at the side of their website.

According to their Alexa ranking, the amount of traffic they are getting really doesn't add up to that many dresses being sold. I could be wrong, but it is sending up a red flag to me.

Their return policy is non-existent..."We can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds."

You say that you have ordered your dress from them 5 or more weeks ago.

I would say that if you have not been able to get in touch with the company, if you have paid either with Paypal or your credit card, I would start proceedings with them for reclaiming any monies paid out to this company.

Please stay in touch and let us know what is happening in your situation. Sometimes, it is reporting their failures on websites such as this that pressures them into fulfilling their part of the transaction.
