Do not use this wedding dress supplier, www.yesurprise.com

They advise that the dress will be around 90% like the original.

It arrived many weeks later (although to be fair it was a wedding dress) a completely different dress from the one I ordered.

Different colour, different style, different details.

They are not interested as they got full payment upfront.

I asked if they had sent the correct dress to start with (I NEVER DID GET A DEFINITE ANSWER) as it was so changed.

Yes I bought another one from a lovely wedding shop, tried it on and loved it.

I haven't heard about this company yet, so I went over to their site to have a little looksee.

They are yet another cheap wedding dress supplier from China that have been in busiess for about 1 1/2 years.

Their contact us page features email, telephone, skype, etc. They have really covered their bases which is good, although, like you say, they are not interested in hearing from you after the sale.

www.yesurprise.com says that they will refund for quality issues and sizing issues, but that didn't seem to help your situation.

Indeed it seems from your experience with them that their company is perfect for them in that what you ordered was totally a surprise when it was delivered.

Not all online wedding dress suppliers are bad, but I personally find the American based suppliers such as Romantic Gowns, My Gowns.com, Plus Size Bridal more reliable and accountable.
