Maybe you've chosen the Las Vegas themed save a date cards, the Las Vegas invitations and you may even have the Las Vegas decorations for your wedding reception. The only thing else you need to complete your perfect wedding is a Las Vegas themed wedding cake. There are many items to incorporate into your wedding cake to make it Las Vegas themed. Think of playing cards, dice, coins and paper money or even tokens, the actual "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, poker chips, etc. This cake is going to be colorful and "in your face" just like Las Vegas is itself! I just love all the die (dice plural) on this cake. An easy way to make them?....use sugar cubes! 
Another great example of a Las Vegas themed cake. The cake is cheesecake and iced in fresh whipped cream. All the decorations are made of fondant. 
And don't forget you can always have cupcakes at your wedding reception instead of only one wedding cake. Here we have the Las Vegas theme with casino 'chips' over top cake and cupcakes. 
I love this "Lucky in Love" cake. Made up of 8" & 10" white cakes filled with strawberry mousse and iced in buttercream. Gumpaste/fondant decorations were all edible except for the "lights" on the Vegas sign. 
I love the look of this topsy turvy cake with the huge dice! The actual cake was white velvet cake with raspberry cream filling, and covered with marshmallow fondant icing.
