This is a beautiful cake made with buttercream icing and decorated with simple satin ribbon, most likely in the wedding colours. An initial tops the round layers of 16 inches, 12 inches and 8inches. 
These simple cakes were lemon with vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant icing. The silk flowers as the topper just pops against the tiers of the cake. Simple pearl decorations border the bottom of each cake. Very pretty!
