Well Bridal.com - part 1

I have ordered a replica of Alfred Angelo 850 on January 28th 2011 from wellbridal.com after e-mailing pictures and being thoroughly reassured that what I am going to receive will be of great quality.

The cost of the dress was $350.

I received it today- exactly 2 months after the order was made.

I was in shock, I am still in shock.

The dress is of extremly poor quality.

Where I was told there would be Swarovsky crystals, there are instead sequins with plastic beads.

The flowers are uneven and amateurish. The dress is sewn crooked, no lining, padding is off line- it it almost as if a child put this together.

The worst part of it all is that I researched buying from wellbridal and after seeing a positive review from here by an Australian bridal boutique owner, I ordered it.

Now they would not even reply to my e-mails at all, when it took them 2 minutes to reply to them while the sale was in progress.

I am writing this because I am hurt and feel lied to and taken advantage of.

Being originally from Poland and living in Florida, would never suspect that people would lie and cheat just to get you to pay but provide something so useless.

For all of you brides out there: go to online stores like: www.bestdressprice.com or house of brides, order something that is a designer brand. It's not worth the risk. Edyta Miller, Jackosnville, Fl edyta@eurofit.us- I will answer any questions you might have.

If you would like to take some pictures of the dress you received I would gladly post them.

You are not alone in your journey with a company such as this...I have received hundreds of reviews of these Chinese wedding dress companies that have disappointed brides in their quality and service.

I am so sorry that you had to go through this, but am extremely appreciative that you took the time to write to us about it.

Brides, please be careful...there are some really good online bridal companies stateside...you don't have to go to China to get your wedding dress.

Here are some examples of bad workmanship that would go together with my review.

I attached some photos for comparison from their website.

I honestly think that they are not a legitimate company and basically do not exist.

I haven't resolved the issue with them, they refuse to refund the money I paid.

The dress is not usable or sellable.
